Shipping & Return Policies

1. Oversized Packages: Items incurring additional freight charges imposed by FedEx or UPS include, but are not limited to: fishing rods, harpoons, gaffs, tuna tow hooks, bait tanks, tackle boxes/bags, outriggers, and captain's chairs. Please call for details.
2. International Shipping: Orders sent to international addresses will incur additional charges. Prices calculated online are estimates; customers will be contacted if shipping charges exceed the online quote. All international shipping and handling charges are based on package size, weight, and destination.
3. Non-Continental U.S.: Orders shipped to addresses outside the continental United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) require a custom shipping quote. Please allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery.
4. Rod & Gaff Packaging: Orders including rods or gaffs will incur an additional charge for a protective rod shipping tube.
5. Returns & Exchanges: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a return authorization. Returns or exchanges without prior authorization or after 14 days of original receipt will not be accepted. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused, re-sellable condition.
6. Gift Cards: Tightlines Tackle Co. gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable for cash, except where required by law. Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be credited directly back to the card. Please retain your plastic gift card until you are sure of your purchase.

Please assume that orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) for in-stock items will ship the following business day (Monday through Friday).
