The SC3C Jinkai hand crimper is hands down the best tool you can use to make good, strong crimp connections that will hold and not slip. Crimping is an art and requires practice. Hand crimpers are not like a torque wrench that stops when you reach a certain pressure. Yes, you can over-crimp but you are more likely to under-crimp and a crimp that slides will not hold. Make a minimum of three squeezes to the proper size crimp and work away from the connection, i.e., hook or swivel. Keep in mind that the new shorter, shyer crimps require even more precise crimping because they have less surface area to hold the line. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE WITH A CHEAP POORLY MADE CRIMPER, IT WILL COST YOU!
